Today I dreamt I was back here….
One of my most favourite countries, rich with culture, coffee, food, family and AMAZING architecture. My lack of european travel lately has left me dreaming and planning for my “future wish list”. This list consists of places I have never been and some places that I wish to return to. On my last european adventure I found this little rock wall encased town called Tuscania. The air was filled with a slight drizzle and a beautiful fog and as we walked the cobble stone streets the only sound we could hear was the tinker of rain and the patter of our footsteps. It was picture perfect. The only sign of life was the Italian Nonna and pooch sitting at her window sill and smiling as we walked by. I really didn’t want to leave and so I have made a promise to myself to find this town again someday soon.
These are some images from the dreary day in Tuscania. The little town that was filled with so much beauty, oh how I wish to have locations like this at my fingertips again. I can just imagine the images that would fill my lenses.

Now to my most favourite city in the world. Venice is like no other, tiny walkways that lead tiny boutiques filled with magical beaded masks and beautiful handmade glass sculptures, singing gondola drivers weaving through turquoise waterways and past boat docks that lead to front doors of houses. This place is magical, beautiful and the feeling when you are here is that of pure excitement and intrigue. A city full of history and culture that I fell in awe of, I dream to be back here one day.
